Game Shop -> Second hand section -> look at the cart's.
On a side note I'm fairly sure that all codes are portable between versions if you have the source/it's a non asm code

Just go to gamestop and buy one... Return it if it isn't 1.0
GameStop will only sell v1.1 copies of AC:WW since it's the latest update Nintendo sent out for that game. I suggest that you should risk buying a used AC:WW since there's a chance that one of them could be v1.0.
