    Usually happens when you are using a hat?/helmet DLC. When you extract the save file while still wearing it and uncheck the item in EZ_DLC, It will cause your head to be "missing" when the save is installed back onto the Wii.

    Also When You Start Up A New Character On The Game, Make Shure Your Gecko Os Codes Are On, And This Might Happen. That Is The Way It Happened To Me.
