You use the Action Replay Code Manager (came with the ARDS packaging.)

Press L+R+Down to save your position. Press L+R+Up to teleport.
Which means you walk to the spot you are going to teleport to later, and push L+R+Down to save that spot in the memory. Then, go anywhere and press L+R+Up to warp to that spot
