Default GBA SP and the possibility to run flash on it

A friend of mine is currently attempting to run flash on a gba sp.
I do not know exactly how he is going about doing this,
but I believe he is trying to do some form of coding for the device.
(Vague I know, but that's not the main point of this thread.)
I would like to know if it is indeed possible to run flash (games) on any of the Nintendo portables,
specifically the GBA SP and the Nintendo Ds.
Are their any emulators out there that could run flash?
And what would one do to program for the GBA?

Thank you guys for your help,

    Sincerely,
    ~Drew956

Flash is resource intense. The GBA SP does not have resources. Good luck.

In any case I think that not only would you be more successful with writing native homebrew, you would produce a nicer game!

Native libraries would work much more productively than trying to port another lousy programming language onto the underpowered system of the past.
