These cheats have been made, I just need the codes for them if you know them.

To place things on water use Real Time World Edit, to edit your map/acres use Animal Map to generate a code.

Basically, download that and one of the "demo towns"
open the demo town, go to advanced mode
click on AR DS, click on "save" then change stuff, and then go back to AR DS and "make AR DS code"

You can do that with AnimalMap too :P
Just go to advanced mode again, save a snapshot, go to where it lets you change your town name/character name, change it to what you want and then go to "Make AR DS code"
choose 32 bit (it'll be a lot shorter than 16 bit)
