no slot modifer don't work when i visit other town
for cedar you need to save and power off the ds and when you start your ds later you have cedar xmas
or you need to drope this in wifi

wouldn't just adding an activator to slot modifiers let them work on wifi? like everytime you want it, just press Y or something
