There are a lot of different seeds that make the ground unusable. f030 is the most comment one though, try that. If that doesn't work, use real-time world edit to remove the unusable spaces.
I'll have to try the Real-time world edit later. I think he was typing in random codes for text to item. Then he just dropped the seeds. Oh well
