Thanks for the lesson, but technically, yes you can drop seeds on water. Online you would just need to replace your local copy of the map with all grass acres so, to the other person, you're dropping things on water. Offline, you CAN place seeds on water but you can't walk there. You can accomplish this by coordinate modifier (I'd assume) or RTWE. In the RTWE videos it shows items being dropped on water.

Text to item flower seeds
Okay I am hoping someone can answer this for me. I accidently got a little brown seed when I was using text to item with a flower and I cant figure out how I did itWhen I dropped it on the ground it was a little brown seed and then when I picked it up it was a flower that I could plant ?????
There are sevral "sets" of flower hexs, one of those will do that.
