    Heya GH guys

While you may not care, I will say this anyway.

So I email up Ninty about how my new DSi doesn't read ACWW anymore and how my R button is all messed up and won't work much at all unless it is feeling happy. They email me back :

    "Hello,

I’m glad you’ve taken the time to alert us to the issue you’re having with your Nintendo DSi. I’m confident that it can be resolved. While I would normally be able to provide you with a written response, your situation requires that you speak to us by phone. That way, we can get all of the details and work out the best solution.

At your earliest convenience, please contact Nintendo’s Consumer Service Department by calling 1-800-255-3700 any time between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, seven days a week.

WOWZER. This is the most useful guy I've ever talked to. He probably wants to know if I have an Action Replay. lol

I'm considering not replying, but I dunno.

If I were you, I would just go through here. Eventually, you should just be able to fill out a repair form and ship out your DSi. That's what I did with my Wii anyways. Also I've heard a lot of people having problems with that R button going out/not working so you should at least get that fixed.
    Peace is my profession.

Your R button is messed up to? Mine is also! Luckily I don't have a game that relies on it. It still is annoying though. >.>

Very annoying. I can change the settings in all my games so they don't rely on the R button, but otherwise its a pain in the rear.

    O_o

Same with my Dsi. The L and R buttons wear out. I sent mine to Nintendo, and they repaired and sent it back. Free of charge. (BTW: They send the postage, you must supply the box. ^_^) Sound great to meh. I rely on it when I'm playing meh Tony Hawk. ^_^

(I dare you to call them asking for the price of a Ds game. Then while talking say "Oh! Oh! Wait nevermind. Turns out I can download it to meh Acekard2i Free of charge. Thanks anyway. ^_^"

Reaction from Nintendo employee: >_> ......Where can I get one?.... Ah...Deal Extreme? Sweet Thanks.

    XD Sora.

Yeah my DSi's button's are crap.

Sounds like Ninty epically failed just like they did on the DS lite shoulder buttons.

Nintendo on phone = ACTUAL AMERICANS
    Microsoft on phone = Indians

Serious, I called Nintendo 3 times and Microsoft 5 times.
Not to mention wait times. Microsoft wait time is average 20 minutes while Nintendo average wait time was like 4 minutes.
