How to i get a .arc File to edit the levels?

i need help, i donwload the program and i need a file. how can i make or find this file? and wen i have the file how can i put the program in wii for hack super mario bros? i want flyng code to....

Any chance of this being updated or the source being made open? When I set save data for Player 3 in Tanooki it appears as player 4's data in the game, and vice versa when setting the data for Player 4.
