King Zanto I wouldn't release that into the wild...
Maybe as OHDLC?

And your opinion matters?
ya it wouldn´t be HDLC it was only a test of recoloring morning glory
with usb gecko (connecting to pc)
But there is a code with which you can da it without usb gecko.
^_^. On ACC, and here my infamous "Stick DLC" has grown very popular. I've had many pm's asking me to distribute it. My reponse "No, it's not HDLC, and is just a recolor of ***** so no need." No one has ever figured out what the items is. Any guesses?
We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in System software and IOS,
We shall fight on the updates,
We shall defend our homebrew, whatever the cost may be,
We shall fight on the preloader,
We shall fight on the bootloader,
We shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this Island or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the twiizer Fleet, would carry on the struggle. We are the future of Homebrew.

The tutorial for ITEM_Tool is here: http://www.aibohack.com/wii/itemtool.htm (USB Gecko version), and http://www.aibohack.com/wii/itemtool_slow.htm (non Gecko, WiiBrew with cheat code version). WARNING: abandonware (ie. they work, but don't expect any future improvements)

Once out in the wild, even to a few friends, they become permanent.
The latest EZ_DLC_Install release (.2 bb) supports them.
You can't catalog them or buy them from Nook, so giveaways from hackers are the only way to obtain them.
[FWIW: all my planned future DLC will be catalogable for easy sharing]
