Can a gamecube backup work on neogamma or usb loader? I broke my billy hatcher and chibi robo game and i need them back.

No they won't work on neo gamma or the USB Loader. You have to use the GC Backup Launcher by Wii gator. In order for GC Backup Launcher to work though you need IOS249 installed. Also you use regular DVD-R for GC Backups, not mini dvds like some people confuse.

As far as I know i never did anything to get ios249 and my backuploader gamma works. I use the special error #002 fix version because i like to play Bleach VS crusade.

ios249 is only required for gc backup launcher.
