How do iinstall a 14 cios on a jap. 4.0 wii? Everytime i run it i install to the first one that comes up (36) or ios 61. Then it never works. ANy ideas

Be sure you have BootMii installed as boot2 just in case. Unless you feel confident and do it without backup.

Not sure whether this link will help you, but it describes on how to do soft-mod to any Wii (so perhaps that includes the case that you want to do).
