On my SD card the RVFOREST.DAT file has become locked meaning can't delete, move, rewrite etc. Should I buy a new SD or is there an easier way than buying new SD?

On my SD card the RVFOREST.DAT file has become locked meaning can't delete, move, rewrite etc. Should I buy a new SD or is there an easier way than buying new SD?
Look on the side of it and flick the lock switch.
