What are you trying to do/install?
What game are you pressing start on that's giving you this issue?
Do you have any cIOSs?

Oh yeah, those channels.
I think they load ISOs from USB storage devices.
You'll probably need a game ISO that corresponds to the channel.
I'm not saying any more or posting any links, though.

what about the Nintendo Channel for Japan? I've been dying to get my hands on that one. Especially with the new update.
