The OHDLC "accessory" slot can contain one of 3 items. The DimentioMsk HDLC appears to be the most popular (artwork credit for hacked item goes to 'marioANDluigi95'). The artwork is based on the clown mask.
The item data is based on the "blue glasses" item built into the game. It is orderable via the catalog, and appears in the Able's shop. That has created a stir in the non-hacker community.
So far Nintendo has not released an accessory item. The promised ladder shades (Kanye glasses) didn't happen due to letter problems. Eventually Nintendo should release it and we'll see what options they turned on.
In theory other catalog orderable items (like the TriPokeBall HDLC) should appear in other strange places (eg: NPC's trading them for furniture and maybe Nooks store).
