Well seeing as I dont have the actual game cartridge there is only so much I can do... if you would take a dump of the game save before using the code then take another dump after the side effects or w\e. It would be easier to find an enabler.

Well here are a few addresses I found..I tried making a Time Modifier for this game, but it seems that when I write to it, the screen blinks by going black then back to the original game color and when messing with the time, it was blinking from its current time to the time I set.
