Download this update file http://aibohack.com/wii/itemtools_jcodes.zip
For use with USB-Gecko, place contents in C:\ITEMTOOLS, and use the new .QC file
For Item_TOOL and LMT, in the "Finalize" options, leave the version as "RUUE".

Follow that tutorial, but copy the RUUJ01.GCT file provided to "CODES\RUUJ01.GCT" on the SD card. Everything else is the same.
Minimally tested, but it should all work.
i dont wanna rush you guys with the projects but, Nintendo is releasing a lot of "not cool" items, and all 3 regions of the Game are staring to attack with ugly items, they are desperatedly trying to fill out the 256 slots, maybe it would be wise to start releasing some new hacked items, I so much rather have a cutting guitar than this thing here http://www.nintendo.co.jp/wii/ruuj/iteminfo/index.html
BTW: There is plenty of room for Nintendo and HDLC to coexist. See the "New Plan"
If the wacky waiving flailing carp sock kites actually flail in the wind, then I want one !

Here's my alternative, for the next OHDLC slot, wacky spinning axe, or wacky spinning guitar or wacky spinning light sabre (or pretty much anything that will spin when you walk)

(the actual spinning items are better than the JPG captures)

That looks cool, but I'd rather have some more hat OHDLC, they're getting left behind! (Or should I say...IT'S...)
And your opinion matters?
I have a question.
If you can add the item code does not exist, you can create an item to it?
If you can do it, please tell me how to do.
(I have a Japanese version of the AC:CF[RUUJ].)
I have a question. I'd like to know why you have to use the test town. Can't you just make a copy of your current town and use it? Then revert back to the original later?
Or is my answer in this thread buried. >_>
