Ok, now I keep getting the "missing or bad dll" error no matter what I do. I've downloaded a new dll, I've reinstalled the program multiple times and I always get that error. I've never gotten it until today. What am I doing wrong? I'm so lost

That dll error happens to me in Windows 7, but everything works fine when I move to my old pc and use XP
Well here I add some villagers to the thread =P

I'm also looking for ideas, in case somebody has any good one.
