    This might be a silly question, but how do i know which NPC to choose to import the textures to?

    Or doesn't it matter? :/

    it doesn't matter, you only need the same prototype (or species). later you'll change the other attributes manually (name, gender, birthday etc)

    Okay. I did just try and use a cat and added your evil cat skin but i got an error

    ok, let's see, try with Tom

    How did you add the texture?

    Tip: copy&paste the whole modified folder content in the correspondent NPCxx folder, then import it.

    Unhappy i have a problem

    for my neighbor that is NPC08, it never changes the texture when i change it, save and import. for example: lets say i change NPC08 to Octavian and i want the Alien looking octopus texture for him. i export textures, go to the folder NPC08, i download the Alien looking octopus texture for him then highlight all of the folders to it, and then i bring them into the NPC08 folder. i copy over the other files that it had(b0, e.0, e.1, ect). in NPC_Tool, when i click import textures, right away it says something like "0 textures imported, 10 unchanged, 0 errors" oh and i have 10 neighbors

    Could someone run me through how to do this?

    I've been going to the NPC tool, making sure i have the right prototype and then exporting the textures. Then i went into NPC02 folder (Walker) and dragged all the files from the snoopy folder i downloaded into it, replacing the files.

    I then went back to the NPC tool but when i tried to import the textures i got 'Missing or bad GBADecmp.dll'.

    Am i doing something wrong?
