Tutorial #3: Changing the color palette

All of the textures for a character use a 16 color palette. You can recolor the character.
Editing the PALETTE.BMP in the NPCxx subfolders.
NOTE: Do not change the format of the file. Unlike the other bitmaps you have been editing, this is a 24 bit color bitmap. Only change the colors in the squares.
Pick a new color (using the PBrush color selector) then flood fill the appropriate square.
    Repeat for other colors.
NOTE: The first color (left-most square) is typically the background color of the NPC. It may be transparent.
    Save the new PALETTE.BMP.
Use the "Import Textures" on NPC_Tool to use the new color palette.
If there are no errors, immediately press "Export Textures" and the 16-color bitmaps you normally edit will use the new color scheme
WARNING: be sure you get the order correct. Import successfully and immediately rerun Export (if you do it backwards your work may be lost)
