How can I get both a light hosue and windmill with AC toolkit?

I went to a hacked town the other day and saw someone who had both a windmill and a lighthouse. I looked through everything in AC toolkit (v1.2) and couldn't find it. Am I missing something?

try on of these i had a lighthouse originally then i used the windmill code to get a windmill too

Simply click the "place" command in the building controls in the "edit town" function. A small window will pop up asking what building you want to place. Select the lighthouse or windmill, and select ok. Then click a spot on your map. Voila.

There has been since version 1.1 was released.

Make sure you have version 1.2
