    The reason for releasing new/overlapped items (like the crayon and big axe) was to get people excited about DLC again.
    Fortunately Nintendo has done that for us (with the shamrock hat and tokonoma).
    So I don't see a need to release them before the creation tools.

    In the future, the approach of reusing item codes can be used to test items without using up the valuable 256 "slots". (OHDLC = Overlapped Hacked DLC)

    Still working on Item_TOOL and Lame-Model-Tool. Hopefully will have a solution for non-USB Gecko owners too (but a USB Gecko is recommended for fast turn around).
    Keep checking the boards. Will post a beta when ready.
