Not exactly, I'm trying to give everyone cool DLC but without screwing up the non-WiiBrew users.
The hard work in creating custom DLC is in editing the 3D models (and figuring out other parts of the file format), and then texturing them. That can be done independent of "DLC".
@ DsPet
Is their anyway of making them animate using sprites? I'm just assuming this but for customizable furniture, some make a sound when you touch them, is their a way to change the sound file or even add one? Another thing I'm thinking of... DLC K.K Songs..? Possibly edit the sound file, add your own music ect. Many Ideas but I don't know where to start :\
Don't take other peoples reactions so negatively, You forgot the other million people that loved you're idea.

(and sounds and other things)
I'm not sure of all the capabilities. There are many things in the .brres files that aren't well understood. I've only tackled the first 3.
PLT0 - color palettes, TEX0 - textures; both well understood (used in NPC_Tool as well).
MDL0 - 3d model files - only partly understood.
Others: CHR0, SRT0, VIS0, CLR0, PAT0 - not understood
NOTE: if anyone likes reverse engineering file formats, please help out. You can find plenty of them in the game ISO.
It looks like a lot is hard coded in the game, so brand new KK songs might be asking too much, but more research is needed.

That's half the fun...

My favorite so far:

(it may disappear quickly, gamespot/gamefaq are rapidly churning...)

Wait, people are taking this negatively? How is that possible? When I found out today (lol, I'm a little slow) I was overjoyed with the new possibilities of unique content.
People who're angry that other people are willing to make new items for them are pretty idiotic.
