re: "morning glory" flower in pot.
Looks to be an official Nintendo DLC. It is a simple furniture item (not plantable outside), no animation, no special effects, one mesh/model, one texture bitmap.

New Eiffel Tower DLC =D you can get in Europe and Austalia from the 14. july to (i dont know^^)
