As of JUNE30 AM: data it is not on the Nintendo server yet. This is the last official day of the giveaway. The next giveaway is supposed to be July 4.

On the site for ez_dlc_install it has version .2m up, but on the first entry of this thread has version .2k listed as the newest one. What is the difference between the two if the ladder shades are not available yet?

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the Ladder Shades letter which prevented it from being distributed to Animal Crossing: City Folk players. We apologize for any frustration this matter may have caused you.
Please note that the next special item will start going out on Saturday, July 4th. We’re currently evaluating our release schedule to see if we’ll have another opportunity to offer the Ladder Shades sometime in the future. I’ll be sure to pass along your interest in this item on to the appropriate department for further review. In the meantime, keep an eye on our Animal Crossing website (www.animal-crossing.com) for any updated information as it becomes available.

Casea from ACC has somehow gotten the Morning Glory Japanese DLC that wasn't supposed to come out until the 20th. She says she was restoring grass with ACtoolkit and it was in the DLC section. She also had a pic as proof. Weird huh?

(commentary: there no item data on the server right now, but if the Japanese engineers put it up for testing, like for a minute or two, that's long enough to infect one player, and then WiFi trading will infect the rest of the world. With EZ_DLC_Install we can help to speed up the process).
