As suspected the carp tube sock does not move
(.brres model there too - interesting use of textures - can open with LMT with caveats)

correct me if i'm wrong but it would be the same type of editing if it was moving.
Wait that doesn't really make sense. What i mean is, would it be hard to edit if it moved? I think not so much but i have no idea.(wait is the carp banner the tube sock?)
