    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fedora

"A fedora (pronounced /fɨˈdɔrə/) is a felt hat that is creased lengthwise down the crown and pinched in the front on both sides.[1] Similar hats with a C-crown (with an indentation for the head in the top of the crown) are occasionally called fedoras. The brim goes all the way around, and often there will be a hat band as well. A trilby hat is somewhat similar to a fedora, but typically has a shorter brim, and the back of the brim is distinctively more sharply upturned as a result."

It's a hat. Way to waste a spot Nintendo. What is this celebrating?

Obviously it is a hat he is sitting on. I didn't know if that was the new DLC or if the hat he is wearing is the new DLC. Or is the hat he is wearing already in game and I just haven't seen it yet?

Edit: And yes it is another waste of space. Nintendo has barely offered anything good in over a year now and they are already looking at lame holidays.

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the proper thread for a question, so please move it (notify me so I can find it again, please) if necessary.

Why does my game crash because of the OHDLC? I can't do anything at all with these items.

I've tried putting them in my pockets, but if I enter my hosue, my game freezes. I've tried putting them on the ground of my town---game freezes. I've tried putting them in my drawers--game freezes.

I can't do anythign at all and it's because of the EZ DLC installer stuff. And I don't even have a complete list of DLC stuff. I've only got a few items from the complete list, and can't get any of that to change, either.

I have the Nintendogs stuff, and a girl's day up do, the tokonoma, and a few other things---but can't access them in my game at all since I can't go inside my house without the game freezing up.

    Please help. Thanks.

It's freezing up because you have an item that you forgot to check in EZ_DLC_Install.

Like, lets say you forgot to check the red Pikmin hat in EZ_DLC_Install, but you had the item in your game. When you play the game, it will freeze when you open your drawers, etc, because... well... there's no data to load.

Make sure you delete any DLC items in your game with ACToolkit that you didn't want before.

OK, I went back and checked each and every item to see if that worked.

Then, just for kicks, I switched out some items in Tom's store for the golden tools and the silver fishing rod. The game wouldn't allow me to buy the silver rod from the store at all. The dialogue box would get ready to open, but then would close. OK. Not that big a deal, really, but still very odd.

So, after buying up some golden tools from Tom, I went back to my house, and.... game froze. Again. I can't do anything in my house because once the door closes behind me, the screen goes black, the little aqua bus comes up, and then nothing.

I've checked, and unchecked every DLC item numerous times this afternoon to no avail. My game freezes no matter what I do, and it's only when I enter my house.

I had another town last year, and quit playing around Nov. 2009 for the same reason. I'd been hacking it and had a lovely town, everything was picture perfect, and then one day, for some reason, anytime I entered my house, or one of my other human characters' houses, the game would freeze up even though these houses didn't even have any furniture in them whatsoever.

That save file on the Wii was deleted and I switched Wiis with my husband (we have two consoles), so there is no way there is any kind of "cross file contamination" going on.

EDIT--- I'm really perplexed as to why this is happening. There is no furniture whatsoever in my house. There is nothing in my pockets (I deleted the golden tools I bought from Tom). There is nothing in my AC Toolkit pockets, either, and nothing in my AC Toolkit drawers. Nada. Zip. There should be no reason for this freeze, and it's constant. I'm about ready to quit playing again just because I can't get past this freezing thing.
