As of JUNE25 PM: it is not on the Nintendo server yet - the data there is still the flag day thing
The Japanese releases are very reliable (around midnight Japanese time on the day they announce, ~5 or 8 hours earlier for US users). They may be 1 or 2 hours late.
IIRC: The last EU only release was 3 days late. Despite the delay, everyone was happy to get the non-animated DLC.

Thats what I thought too but he said dlc not hdlc or ohdlc. Also I think the shape of slingshot wouldnt be correct to make a shotgun.Just my opinion,and thought
