I'm trying to make a camera zoom cheat

I've wanted to make a camera zoom/modifier for Megaman Star Force 2 for a while now. I saw what the zoom cheat for Pokemon does and now I want to make a cheat like that for battles in the game I want. I tried using increments, like the D6 code type does and nothing ever worked. (Codebreaker worked for a while...)
Can anyone help me construct this zooming cheat? I have the offsets for the camera values, so that's a start. I would really like know what to do next.

020F2CE8 (rotate)
020F2D10 (left-to-right)
020F2D14 (up-to-down)
020F2D18 (zoom in/out)

You know with Regular Digital Cameras
You have a Zoom Function to go in and out.
Like you have to take a Screenie of the whole screen but with Zoom, you can just get your Char, thats all.
