I'm pretty sure friend code editing would be dangerous, and would not be released publicly if it was possible (it was for AC:WW but it was dangerous and you had to edit your "wi-fi ID" or something for it to work)

You start a new game, since you have to, give yourself all the items and bells that you had using ACToolkit. All you'll have to do is re-register your friends, and have them do the same with your new FC.
