I know hex numbers, but I don't think you can input you own numbers into the editor.
Virus is also missing the birthday cake and the hacked DLC.
But I can see you not having the hacked DLC in 1.0 because the DLC program was released after ACtoolkit v.1.0 was released

CA00= ShinyBluePikmin
CA04= RedLightSabreV1
CA08= BlueLightSabreV1
Not sure about birthday cake.
