These cheats have been made, I just need the codes for them if you know them.
To place things on water use Real Time World Edit, to edit your map/acres use Animal Map to generate a code.
And I do that how.....?
Go to the Code Releases section, find real-time world edit, and read the instructions on how to use it. (don't post in the code releases section though, if you still have questions after that, post again here)
Now, what about the Animal Map thingy? Thanks guys for the help.

Basically, download that and one of the "demo towns"
open the demo town, go to advanced mode
click on AR DS, click on "save" then change stuff, and then go back to AR DS and "make AR DS code"
Can anyone find a name/town changer? So that way I don't have to restart to change my name.

Demonic, my brother dan says he will test out the 1.0 one.
I have 1.0 and tested it, but multiple testers are welcomed.

Yes it is free. These codes have been already made by Dragonboy269, and in one of his post he said that he wont be back until a couple of weeks. Since he has the sources, only he could convert them for you...
But I'm sure you can wait 3+ weeks. :]
