I know this is just a modified Search and Replace, but it is very useful if your game is corrupted and remove brick seed isn't working.

So, if your game gets stuck on a black screen or the Nintendo screen, and you've tried (1) fiddling with the clock and (2) using the remove brick seed V2.0 code, and your game is still broken, this will remove everything in your town, hopefully allowing you to at least create a new town.

Open your menu, go to the map of your town, hold L and maneuver the cursor to a location on the map (anywhere is fine)

Why not try it yourself? remove the activator, then use the code. the "preview" at the beginning of the game should show it (it won't be saved as long as you don't load your file)

A lot of codes don't work and/or are not compatible with each other. Whilst it may be tedious, try using one code at a time, and then adding them together until you come across something incompatible
