I get an error message when i try to open the gates so i think it's blocked :) it's super cool though!!
You should be able to connect with the code enabled. I haven't tested it online yet, but it should work in your own town.
I used this real time world edit one time. Apparently I dont know how to use it correctly. The only thing the code does for me is, lets say I have some items on the ground when I walk or run across them they just disappear. They dont go in my pockets or anything just gone completely. I even put a hex in for a tree and pressed C+Down. Nothing no go. So if somebody could enlighten me how to use the code correctly that would be greately appreciated.

Ok so this is how I use the code? Lets say im on top of my nooks I type the hex in for a tree, press C+Down and that will place the tree on top of my nooks? Or do I have to have the text to item code enabled make the tree into my pocket (which i've read makes the game freeze), and then press C+Down to plant the tree? Hope thats not too confusing

Well, basically you type (and send!) the hex for the tree (make sure you're using the right hexes though - 0000->0056 are Trees)Quote:

yep im using Gecko Os with the Ocarina code manager also. Another quick question lets say if i place a tree and dont like it, how do I remove or pick up the tree?

So i tried it again. it worked! for a whole 5 minutes, then everytime someone tried to come in, it will hang and hang and hang until it eventually disconnected me. Restarted router, modem, wireless etc but same deal.

if it says cannot connect to internet, something it wrong with your router or internet provider...
after messing with my router, off, on, changing channels blah blah blah - i figured out that the save itself is either corrupted, or nintendo wifi has blocked my FC maybe they detected i had the real time cheat on. i played another gamesave with a different FC and it worked fine. so that save is shot.
Wait... can other people see what you drop using Real Time World Edit?
In that picture, it sounds like they see the tree...
They can't see it at first, but if you do something to "update it" (like shake the tree) they can see it. You place a tree, shake it, then it magically appears out of thin air to them.Quote:

Well basically if they block your wi-fi ID, you shouldn't ever be able to wi-fi again on that game, even if you get a new friend code. I'm pretty sure that's it.Quote:

Uh yes that is me, but I'm not banned from wi-fi. They only ban you for doing really bad stuff, like for example cheating A LOT on a game like Mario kart or metroid prime or something. I don't think they'll ban you on AC:CF, I haven't heard of anyone being banned yet. (although there are some people that should be banned >_>)Quote:
