I'm trying to make a camera zoom cheat

I've wanted to make a camera zoom/modifier for Megaman Star Force 2 for a while now. I saw what the zoom cheat for Pokemon does and now I want to make a cheat like that for battles in the game I want. I tried using increments, like the D6 code type does and nothing ever worked. (Codebreaker worked for a while...)
Can anyone help me construct this zooming cheat? I have the offsets for the camera values, so that's a start. I would really like know what to do next.

020F2CE8 (rotate)
020F2D10 (left-to-right)
020F2D14 (up-to-down)
020F2D18 (zoom in/out)

Zooming as in...?

You know with Regular Digital Cameras
You have a Zoom Function to go in and out.
Like you have to take a Screenie of the whole screen but with Zoom, you can just get your Char, thats all.

I want to try to make a cheat that changes the camera's location by the push of buttons. I listed the four addresses of the camera values I want to change.

and sooo... do it? lol.

Then just add or subtract from the value at those addresses. Not that complicated. wiki.game-hackers.com

That's the thing. I couldn't get it to work. I've checked the Wiki and it doesn't cover that cheat type. Is it even the D6 one? It probably is really easy.

Or you could do it in ASM >__> but AR DS codetypes would be easier for you.

Okay, so how would I get started? Is it the D6 code type? I just need an explanation on how to begin this type of code.
