I second that. It really is getting ridiculous to constantly have to go to aibohack and have download again all the time and delete the old EZ_DLC program.

ACToolkit will tell you the hex. Just load up the save that contains the election poster, then go to town editor and find the poster in the downloaded content section and put one on the ground if there already isnt one, and hover over the item and it'll display the hex. :)
