September 21st - October 7th, 2009 for the Japanese DLC (first two)
19th September - 2nd October 2009 for the European DLC

Sometime after the release DsPet should release an update. There isn't a real set time. :)

Also don't forget that patterns aren't included in this program. The drindl pattern has been sent out so it should make a appearance in the pattern sharing thread.

I have got the celebration hat (new Japan DLC, hexcode AD8C), and will send RVFOREST.DAT to DSPet tonight, so hopefully he could update the great EZ_DLC tool.

I emailed DsPet my RVFOREST with the new pile of leaves dlc. Hex is C86C btw.
