The reason for updating the HBC to v1.0.5 is so you can update to 4.2 afterwards because the update changes the homebrew channel's title id. Instead of "HAXX" its another id so the 4.2 update wont remove it.Quote:

No, there is really no need to update right now... And if you have 1.0.5 HBC, find the HAXX to JOBI channel... it'll fix the "Unable to find HBC" errors. Only flaw, it is 10 blocks and is visable in the System Menu... but fixes lots of them errors.Quote:

Nah, the HBC needs "Load .dol/elf from...".
Like what Loadmii has, loading a .dol or elf from different places other than SD:/APPS/*HB NAME"/boot.dol/elf.

Bleh. I wonder if uninstalling bootmii as a boot2 would help dodge the update mess up?
BTW, what ever happened to your wii updating automaticly? Remember they said something about that? It was like 3.4 or something I think. I guess they failed that.
