One layer town

Why would you feel the need to prove it? I have SIX different three-layer towns. Not trying to be mean. It was the very first thing I did with toolkit.

Edit: I didn't see that someone actually challenged whether or not it's possible. I was pretty sure it was common knowledge. Go fig.

I have done that =} however there are invisible barriers due to there being no hills <__< and no ocean lawlz i don't recommend trying that XD
