One thing I noticed though, anything I import to P 4-3 also shows up in P 4-4, and also the other way around, and then when I load the game, player 4 slot 4 is still umbrella pattern. It is the same way in v1.6 and 1.7.
I'm not complaining, just pointing out something I noticed.
Thanks for pointing out a small bug :) I'll look into it for the next release. Don't know how that one slipped through. I guess people don't use player 4 as much.Quote:

It isn't that big of a deal though. :P
I pretty much have the exact same glitch as stated above. And that P4 slot 4 could be a real problem for some. Especially if you're trying to cover an entire town with 32 unique tiles (or if your player 2 and player 3 pattern slots are occupied by members of your family, like my situation :P )

Version 2.0 released. New compact style and offset fixes :) Enjoy. Might be the last release of PattView. It already does a considerable amount. If anybody finds any large bugs or anything that could be improved upon immensely, I'll consider another release. Beyond that, enjoy the final PattView.

Updated to version 2.1. Fixed the screenshot tool. Something I overlooked when making the new compact style. Should be the final release, now. :)

meh, it's a complex pattern. but isnt this program designed to change the in game patterns? i'm confused...
Press edit, and it will appear as it did on pattview on the edit sceen. then press Save. And it will show now.

I can't get the Pattview to save when I try to type in the pattern name, creator, and town name. I click the button to save, but nothing happens. Because of this, when I load up the game, all the patterns are black.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? TIA
