Somethings not saving right!! Please Help me!

I have used actoolkit for over a year now, never with a problem loading. But for some reason now when I save my town to my sd card and load it up to my pc, my old town shows. Any editing I do shows as if it saved properly. When I go to put my town back on the wii. Its my current town, not the one I edited. I hope I make sense. Do I need to update actoolkit or homebrew? I dont think I"m missing a step, being that I've done this for a while. Should I delete all saved files on my pc and just go with what saves from the wii? I'm so confused lol! Please help me!

What are you using to copy your save over?

When I use Savegame Manager GX, it will not copy over if I leave the app running when I take the SD Card out. If you insert the SD Card and attempt to copy over, it says that it successfully copies, but it actually does not. Restarting SGMGX every time works.

Hmm, I'm not sure. I'll check when I get home. I know its the waninkoko extracter and installer. I've been doing the same process for over a year, So I really dont know why all of a sudden it stopped working for me. Maybe do I need to update my homebrew or download the latest version of toolkit? I'm always scared to do updates, but I know some are necessary.
