why cant i download actoolkit 1.3?

i have tried ,and tried. everytime i click the window7 download (the green button) it just opens up the page again?... why. thanks for any help.

Try making sure some form of pop-up blocker isn't keeping it from installing.

...or better yet, get Chrome.

@SonicHyuga - Thanks for that tip. I got Chrome and I was able to download ACToolkit without a problem.

There was a problem preventing it from downloading in Internet Explorer. I've fixed this the other day and it should work in IE9 at least.
What version of Internet Explorer were you using?
