there is already a code for that, just look through the site, you can find most any codes

You haven't; Real-Time World Edit allows "trees on water."

Is their also a Emotion Cycler for online and offline, so when I'm not hosting it works anyways...

The emotion cycler uses ASM as well so unless you can make the RTWE work you won't make EC work.
Emotion Cycler only works Offline (In your town/when you host).
Edit: If you're using a flashcart and not the actual AC:WW game card, you're going to have to get the original coder (or someone to change a few lines) so that it compiles with nitrohax. All you need to do is remove the first line (023FF090 012FFF11), the last line (023FF090 E3520003), and change the second line to C2000000 000000YY (YY is the byte that was normally on the second line).
