Brick&Seed block code.

I've been looking for a V1.1 Version of the "Invisible town" Code..err..
Whatever it's called xD
I need a code that blocks people from dropping seeds,and bricks.
And If possible..... a code that makes so nobody can remove buildings or pick up patterns.

Use only one at a time. Read-Only Town should prevent ANY changes.
I'll fix up the seed blocker code later (if it works).

Edit: You will most likely notice a couple of issues with the seed blocker (which I can fix later).
1. Flowers can not be planted.
2. Items cannot be removed from your town (you get a "copy" of the item if you pick one up).

It seems to work offline. I haven't done any testing online.

Gah, why does it make it so that the beds my characters are on invisible? Err gone. ?o.0
