Gamesave editing on a mac?

Are there any options for me to edit on a mac? I'm making a forced migration due to my inability to avoid viruses and crap.

Parallels or VMware Fusion? Maybe Crossover too, I've only used Parallels and it works fine. :)

Where can I get parallels? How much does it cost, too.
