Download 7-zip, install it, then right click the archive you want to extract, and click 7-zip -> extract.

Use winrar, filzip, 7 zip etc. with filzip you have to associate the rar files, so go with winrar. sorry that everyone made fun of you but it was a pretty simple thing to google. no offense
