Is there a code manager for the wii so I can toggle codes on an off on the wii?
Its called cheat manager
http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Code_Downloader Code downloader
http://wiibrew.org/wiki/CheatManager Converts Txt codes from the downloader to gct.
http://wiibrew.org/wiki/SD_Explorer I use this to delete old codes from my sd card using my wii
Lastly I use Text mod to change the txt code files I downloaded from The code downloader. If I want to change the value of something.

I recommend using the homebrew browser as it stores all usefull apps, puts them on your sd card correctly and doesn't involve lots of putting SD cards into computers and out.
on the root of my sd I made a folder called txtcodes and placed my RUUE.txt [or whatever the gameid is]. I went to open it in cheat code manager and for one, I can't click the txt but only the thing above it. I think it's the directory? When I click it, it says "(directory)empty?". What did I do wrong?
Try to use the code downloader [It automatically makes a txtcodes folder when you download a txt file for a game] Then try to add on to the txt file or try to add more txt files to the folder.
Also is the problem only for your RUUE01 Txt file or for all your txt files?
