Dimentio Mask Appears

Hello, maybe this question is posted already but I have a question. How is it possible that Non-hackers find/buy the Dimentio Mask at Able Sister? So many people have this and don't know how it comes that they have an hacked item in Able Sister... On every forum I read about this mystery 'Dimentio Mask Problem'

Hehe, IMO they're just hackers or they visited a hacker. Only way that makes sense.
