Is there a way to turn "Invisible Chair" items into real ones?

Example: Would it be possible for someone a lot smarter than me to figure out the hex values for the chairs inside the Roost and turn them into HDLC or something? I know it's not possible with anything right now, but could it be done if someone spent the time working on it?

Seems really pointless if you ask me..

The chairs inside the roost ARE invisible chairs, the texture for the chair is actually the room.

That's smart of Nintendo for doing that.
